Our story

How we got here.

A decade inside dental manufacturing, one obvious gap, and a company built to close it.

  1. The decade before

    Learning how it's made

Colton spends over ten years in manufacturing and operations, including helping build one of the largest clear aligner facilities in the world.

  2. The gap

    Seeing what people pay

Up close, the problem is hard to miss: custom retainers, night guards and whitening trays are either too expensive or too much hassle for most people to get.

  3. 2024

    SayCheeseClub is founded

Same professional-grade products, made from an impression you take at home and shipped to your door for up to 80% less.*

  4. Today

    40,139+ customers

Four custom-fit products, a 4.81 average across 9,503 reviews, and your 3D scan kept on file so reordering takes seconds.

How it's made

From your kitchen table to our lab and back.

No appointment, no waiting room. Here's what happens to your impression.

  1. You take the impression

Free impression kit with a prepaid return label. You do this part at home, no appointment needed.

  2. We scan it

Your impression becomes a 3D scan we keep on file, so reorders skip the kit.

  3. We print your model

A precise 3D-printed model of your teeth is what your product is formed on. That's why it fits you and nobody else.

  4. We make it and ship it

FDA-approved, BPA-free material, made to order in 7–10 business days. Shipping is free both ways.
