You can delete your SayCheeseClub app account and the personal data connected to it at any time, with or without the app. SayCheeseClub is the app for SayCheeseClub custom clear retainers and night guards, made by SayCheeseClub LLC.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the SayCheeseClub app and sign in with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number and last name), using the code we email you.
- Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Request account & data deletion.
- Read what happens, then tap Request account deletion.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm.
You’ll see a request reference, and you’re signed out on every device right away.
Delete your account without the app
You don’t need to reinstall the app. Email smile@saycheeseclub.com from the email address you used for your order. Use the subject “Delete my SayCheeseClub app account”, and include your order number if you have it.
To protect your account, we only act on requests we can match to your order email, and we may reply to confirm it’s you before we delete anything.
Your SayCheeseClub store account on saycheeseclub.com is separate from the app. If you’d also like us to erase it and the personal details in it, say so in your email.
What happens right away
When you request deletion in the app:
- You’re signed out of the app on every device.
- Order and offer notifications stop, and offers are turned off.
- The photos and checkout details saved in the app on that phone are removed.
- App sign-in stays paused while we process your request, unless you withdraw it.
When you email us, the same happens once we’ve confirmed the request comes from you, and we reply with your request reference. Deleting the app from your phone removes the photos and checkout details saved in it.
What we delete
Within 30 days, we delete the personal data the app holds about you:
- Your app sign-ins and the phones registered to your account, including their notification registrations
- Your notification choices
- The impression photos you sent through the app
- Private payment links created for checkouts in the app
If an order is still in production, we keep its impression photos until that order is finished, then delete them. Sign-in codes we email you are only ever kept as scrambled copies, and are erased automatically about a day after they expire.
What we keep, and why
Some records must be kept for warranty, accounting and legal reasons. We keep only what’s needed, for as long as it’s needed.

Your store account and order history on saycheeseclub.com stay as they are, under our privacy policy, unless you ask us to erase your store account.
Deleting your app account doesn’t cancel an order or a subscription. To change or cancel a subscription, email smile@saycheeseclub.com before you delete your account.
How long it takes
We complete your request within 30 days and email you when it’s done. Changed your mind? Email smile@saycheeseclub.com before your request is complete to withdraw it. We’ll confirm, and you can sign in to the app again. Anything already deleted can’t be restored.
