Do I need to take new impressions?

If your approved scan is on file and your teeth have not changed, you can reorder from that scan. Contact us first if you have had dental work, tooth movement, or a change in fit since your last impressions.

How long does a reorder take?

Regular production takes under 7 days once your saved file is confirmed. Choose Rush Production for 4 days or less. These are production times; shipping time is additional.

Does my reorder include a case?

No case is included by default. You can keep your existing case or add a new one in the picker above. Every color, including Original Blue, is a paid add-on at the price shown.

Can I change my material or add whitening?

Yes. Choose ClassicClear™ or the UltraClear™ material upgrade, then add a Custom Whitening Kit if you want one. Your order summary shows the total for your selected options before you add to cart.
